Pre-Trained Animal Position System (AI)
- The BSF operates several pre-trained animal position tracking AI systems for mice (individual, individual tethered, 2 mice, mice and nest detection)
- Data produced includes total animal activity, location (heatmap + quantification), speed, distance, etc.
- Instruction manuals, training, or remote data processing/quantification options are available
- Custom AI-applications can also be created
Environmental Monitoring System (EMS)
- The BSF offers app-based or computer-based environmental monitoring systems can monitor the light level, decibels, humidity, temperature, vibrations, power status, WiFi status, and other metrics within rooms
- 30-Day logging options, offline loggers, and custom applications are available
3-D Printing
- The BSF can design and print 3-D objects from PLA (Polylactic Acid) via .stl, .3mf, or .makerbot files for behavioural work, wet labs, and other applications
- Custom 3-D prints and modelling are also available
- The BSF operates a MakerBot Sketch and a Bambu Lab A1
Recording Cameras and IR Cameras
- The BSF offers a variety of camera for monitoring research, live-view, and 850nm infrared (IR) recording via ESP32 CAM systems
- Recording lengths, frames-per-second (FPS), aspect, and angles can be customized
- 3D-printed camera cases are also available
