Good2Talk is a free, confidential 24/7 counseling, information, and referral helpline for mental health, addictions, gambling, and well-being for post-secondary students in Ontario and Nova Scotia.
University of Toronto Telus Health Student Support (1-844-451-9700)
The University of Toronto Telus Health Student Support is a free, confidential 24/7 hotline providing students real-time or appointment-based support for any school, health, or general life concern. This service provides support in 146 languages.
Togetherall is a free 24/7 online chat moderated by clinically-trained guides, and also provides anonymous peer support and self-guided courses.
Mental Health Support
What’s Up Walk-In is a free walk-in mental health network open 6 days a week (Monday-Saturday), providing mental health counselling for children, youth, and young adults up to their 29th birthday across 7 sites in Toronto. No health card is required.
Stella’s Place (416-461-2345)
Stella’s Place provides free online chats, walk-ins, appointments, and peer support Monday-Friday and Sunday for young adults aged 16-29.
