Standard first aid (SFA) training is available through Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) for Identified First Aiders who are responsible for first aid stations on the Saint George campus. Students, faculty, and staff at the Mississauga or Scarborough campuses should contact their local EHS office for further information. The University of Toronto will pay for up to 2 people to attend each first aid station. If interested, please speak with your supervisor or lab manager to find out if training is available for you.

St. John Ambulance provides first aid training alongside a variety of other courses such as babysitting basics, cannabis workplace safety, electrical safety training, and naloxone training. Please note that most courses provided by St. John Ambulance comes with a fee.
